Eligibility

Booking and Payments
- All bookings must be prepaid in full through the secure payment gateways available on the website.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is strictly not available to maintain a contactless, streamlined operation.
- Prices displayed on the website are final at the time of checkout, but are subject to change without prior notice for future bookings.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment authentication.
Sample Collection
Users are responsible for providing precise address details and valid contact information for home sample collection.
Our phlebotomists operate on strict schedules. Failure to be available at the designated location during the scheduled time slot may result in delays, or require you to reschedule the appointment.
Reports & Delivery
Diagnostic reports are typically generated and delivered digitally within 12–24 hours from the time of successful sample collection. However, report delivery timelines may vary significantly depending on the specific type of test, complex processing requirements, or unforeseen operational circumstances.
While we optimize for speed, SuperBody Health cannot legally guarantee a specific, minute-exact report delivery time.
